Business Conditions

All prices are per person, with half-board, and a minimum stay of 3 days.

Arrival and departure:
On the day of your arrival, your rooms will be available starting at 3:00 p.m. On the day of your departure, we request that you please vacate your rooms by 11:00 a.m.

Late Arrival – Premature Departure:
In the event that you arrive late or depart prematurely, 70% of the booked but unused portion of your holiday stay will be charged to your account.

Confirming your reservation:
Your reservation is considered valid after you have submitted your reservation in writing and made an advance payment of 2 days per person (or 30%). You can make advanced payment either by means of a bank transfer or by credit card. We recommend that you obtain travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation conditions:
Generally speaking, the relevant E.U. norms regarding the cancellation of hotel reservations apply.
In the event that you cancel your hotel stay later than 4 weeks prior to the beginning of your stay, arrive late, or depart prematurely, 70% of the booked hotel stay will be charged to your account and/or the advance payment retained.
International cancellation conditions apply (court of jurisdiction: Bozen/Bolzano).

Pets: 10,00 per day (without food)

Meals: There are no discounts for meals not taken.

Travel cancellation insurance:
Before you begin your vacation, unexpected things can happed, but with our cancellation insurance, you are financially taken care of. In the event that you are late in arriving for your hotel stay, can't come at all, or are forced to depart prematurely, the relevant E.U. norms allow cancellation fees to be charged. In order to protect you from any penalty fees or charges, we recommend that you obtain this travel cancellation insurance. The "Europäische Reiseversicherung" will then cover these charges for you.
