• Children under 2 years: €30 per day

Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure.
Please note that from 01.01.2024 a tourist tax will be charged in all South Tyrolean accommodation establishments for guests aged 14 and over. The tax is €3.90 and entitles you to free use of the Val Gardena Mobilcard.
From 01.01.2026 the fee will be €5.00 per person per day.
There is no legal right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Act. However, the following cancellation conditions apply:
• For cancellations made up to 61 days prior to the date of arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged.
• For cancellations made between 31 and 60 days prior to arrival, the paid deposit will not be returned.
• For cancellations made between 8 and 30 days prior to arrival, a fee of 70% of the total amount booked will be charged.
• Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a fee of 100% of the total amount booked.
We are happy to welcome your furry friends. There is a charge of €30 per day to accommodate your pet. Please note that pets are not allowed in the spa or restaurant.
• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
